You Never Knew That...

more than 2000 recognized languages are spoken through out the continent.
- Witwatersand, South Africa is home to about half of the gold ever mined on earth. Hmm, wonder why they are not the richest city
- Over one million Chinese citizens live in Africa, with Angola hosting a populaton of over 350000 Chinese. still wondering though, what are the Chinese doing in Africa?
- The Africa countries, Ghana, Nigeria and Uganda have automobile manufacturing companies namely Kantanka Automobile company, Innoson vehicle manufacturing company and Kiira motor corporation respectively. Why would we go overseas to buy cars when we have them produced here, let me not say... "still wondering"
- 200 pyramids where found in Sudan, double the amount in Egypt. Kinda awkward don't you think?
- Graca Machel of was the only woman to have been first lady of two countries, Mozambique and South Africa. She is the widow of  former president of South Africa, Nelson Mandela and of Samora Machel of Mozambique.
- Africa is the continent with the richest natural resources in the world. It has been proven that the rest of the world would plummet into eternal doom if Africa closed it's borders. Pretty intense right?

Oh! I almost forgot today the 1st of October is Nigeria's Independence Day. Of course some of you never knew that. The celebrations of the independence are almost over though we just decided to draw the curtains in our own way. Adieus!
