ANGEL FALL

One of the greatest wonders of the world is the magnificent Angel fall located at the Canaima National park in the rugged jungle and mountain of Venezuela. It is the world tallest fall, with a drop of 3,212feet. Angel fall is 19 times the height of Niagara falls.
It is undisputed that Angel falls has the tallest single uninterrupted drop of any waterfall in the world.
The mighty cascade was named after Jimmy Angel, an American pilot who landed on top of Auyantepui in 1937 while searching for gold. Angel's four-sitter plane got stuck on top of the mountain and he, his wife and two of his companion had to trek for 11 days before finding another human being. The discovery of this amazing waterfall can be said to be adventurous and disappointing as Jimmy was on the quest to find gold.
June to December is the best time to visit this fall.
